Artichoke hearts with peas

This is an easy vegetarian dish I have only used two veggies, it usually has more.

1kg pack frozen artichoke hearts 

1kg frozen peas

1 cup chopped parsley and dill.

1 small diced onion.

3-4 garlic cloves chopped.

1 can crushed tomatoes.

3 tablespoons tomato paste in 3 cups of water.

1/4 cup olive oil.

Salt and pepper.

Throw it all into a pan, cover with foil. Put in a hot oven for 40 mins

Uncover and cook for another 20 mins.

Serve with feta and bread. Serves 6 adults
