"Lynne White Crane is a collector and designer who works with antique Japanese kimono textiles. Her work has been sold at the National Gallery in Victoria and The Art Gallery of NSW as well as many local galleries. Lynne is a wealth of knowledge about Japanese textiles and kimonos.
In these classes you will make 2-3 padded brooches selecting from beautiful Japanese kimono fabrics that Lynne has collected over decades. Yes, Lynne is happy to part with her much loved fabrics, so you can create these beautiful brooches.
Monday 19th April 2 pm - 4.30 pm
The classes are kept small up to 8 people so that you get plenty of guidance from Lynne.
All the materials and tools are provided.
Tea, coffee and light snacks will be available.
